10 snacks that wont inflate your gut
There are snacks out there that can inflate your gut, whether it's through weight gain or bloating, the results are not desired. If you get late night cravings, workout late, or just get hungry as the clock ticks on there are snacks you can work into your healthy eating plan that won't pack on the pounds or leave you bloated.
1. Frozen Blueberries
Blueberries pack a punch in the antioxidant department and is considered a superfood. Antioxidants help your muscles recover fast and promote overall health. One cup also carries more than 4g of fiber which will fill you up fast and leave you full. Combine a cup of blueberries into a smootier, with yogurt or other fiber rich food and your metabolism will be in full gear will you sleep.
2. Strawberry Shake
Add a little liquid yogurt (kefir) and a tsp of honey to 2 or so cups of strawberries and blend. You'll get a great tasting shake, protein and aids in digestion.
